The Violet Initiative

Violet is a national not-for-profit organisation providing information, resources and support to help people navigate the last stage of life, and the grief and loss that accompanies it. Their mission is to build a system-wide model of support that ensures no Australian feels uncertain , unprepared or unsupported as they navigate caring for someone through the last stage of life, and experience grief and loss. They've helped more than 12,000 people care for someone or manage their grief through tailored support from a Violet Guide, online information or workforce training.
