The Snow Foundation and Hands Across Canberra are seeking a Senior Project Manager, approximately 15 hours per week for six months to work on a research project, Vital Signs Canberra. Vital Signs uses community knowledge and data to measure the health and vitality of our community in key areas, providing critical information that can help set priorities and identify opportunities for action. Vital Signs is conducted within a community foundation. It was developed in Canada by Toronto Community Foundation and is increasingly being used all around the world.
