Lead the Way is a Snow leadership program designed for CEOs and senior leaders in the for-purpose sector to further develop their leadership skills, connect with other purpose-driven leaders, and strengthen their impact-driven organisation.
This immersive and practical program will prepare participants to be empathetic, values-driven leaders, who are clear on the impact they want to create, and how they are going to drive change.
