Lead the Way is a Snow leadership program designed for CEOs and senior leaders in the for-purpose sector to further develop their leadership skills, connect with other purpose-driven leaders, and strengthen their impact-driven organisation. This immersive and practical program prepares participants to be empathetic, values-driven leaders, who are clear on the impact they want to create, and how they are going to drive change.

Co-designed and delivered by Social Impact Hub, the Lead the Way leadership program includes:

An individual leadership assessment;

Two full-day retreats; in person and
-
Eight masterclasses, with seven delivered online and one in-person. Topics include: Strengths-Based Leadership; Strategic Decision Making; Managing High-Performing Teams; and more

Facilitated cohort connections
This program is for leaders in Canberra and Sydney, with the first retreat in Canberra and the second, at the end of the program, in Sydney. At the half-way point we will bring each of the cohorts together in their city for a Masterclass in-person.
We encourage two leaders from each organisation to participate – for example, the CEO and another senior leader.

To be eligible, you must:

Be able to commit to the above program

Be based in Sydney or Canberra

Be from a small to medium for-purpose organisation (under $2m in revenue)
